FC Ukraine United dropped its 2021 season opener to Downsview Rams at the Esther Shiner Stadium Tuesday night.
Ukrainian club had a 2-1 lead at the end of the first half, but ultimately gave up two goals in the second half as they were bested 3-2 on the road at North York on July 27.
Evgen Ishchak put the first goal on the scoreboard at the 13 minute mark.
The Rams were able to answer shortly scoring the game-tying goal at the 26th minute.
United took the lead at the 38 minute after Andi Kararaj was able to find the back of the net, giving them a 2-1 lead after first half.
In the second half Rams scored two unanswered goals to take a 3-2 victory.
